Okay! This is my first time ever experience sa isang food hub. Mahilig ako kumain. Yaaaas! Pero nung nauso yung mga food parks, hindi ako nag-try. Never pa! Bakit? For so many reasons like walang food buddy, walang time kasi busy sa school pero actually, wala po talagang pera. Hahaha! Until finally! I was invited for a birthday treat ng elder friend ko :) Birthday ko po last April 10. Wag ka mahiyang magpahabol ng gift mo friend. Char!
Its exact address is Block 176, Lot 22 Phase 7, Geneva St. Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. But it's actually along the Commonwealth Avenue. If katulad mo ko na nagta-travel from Novaliches Bayan to Commonwealth via Jordan Plaines Subdivision, makikita mo agad ito mga ilang minutes of travelling lang. Otso pesos na pamasahe nandun ka na. It's on the right side. Wag ka na tumingin sa iba. Di ka na tatawid bes.
El Neo Garahe Food park just opened this month of April. Kaya bagong- bago pa. If I’m not mistaken, around 6pm open na. Then, hanggang 12am itong bukas.
Upon arrival to this place, wala akong ibang iniisip. Wala naman akong idea sa food parks eh. All I know was kakain kami. Libre ako. Kakain. Yey! I didn't know that this kind of place was impressive pala.
Tadaa! Ito yung store layout. Just to give you an idea anong itsura sa loob :)
The place has a great ambiance. Na-appreciate ko yung set up while you walk sa rocky floor. Yung wood style ng tables and chairs. Really a good place to hangout kasi tahimik lang, pwede makipag-date o makipag-kwentuhan. It’s a park along the highway. It’s a place for busy people o kaya yung mga mag-isa sa buhay na walang makasama, kaya di na magluluto, kakain nalang dito!
Nasa gitna yung booth ng beverages ranging from iced teas to alcoholic drinks. All around were 15 food stalls to choose from. May burger and fries, pasta, pizza, rice meals and other snacks. There are American, Chinese, Japanese, Singaporean, Mexican, Mediterranean and of course, Filipino cuisine. Syempre meron ding street foods at desserts. I also find these stalls interesting dahil sa cute and witty names nila like Wrecking Ball, Stomach Aid, Pizza Streat, Rapsa Patata, Hawkers, The Braw Barn, Jack’s Joint, Racing Sticks, at Volcanic Plate. (sorry sa mga hindi ko na-mention) Di ko nakita lahat. Haha!
Dun kami kumain sa Stomach Aid. They sell steaks na may kasamang rice and side dish. I’m not really a fan of meat. Pero nung natikman ko, yummy yung steak nila! Swear! It will really help in the aid of your hungry stomach (witty, diba?)
We sat dun sa extra area sa taas. May pa-second floor kasi si mayor eh! Yun nga lang limited lang yung tables and chairs. But the good thing pag dito ka umupo, mapapakanta ka ng “And at last I see the light.” Sabi nga sa Tangled! Makikita mo yung highway na maliwanag. Ang sarap pa ng air!
Another thing I appreciate sa food park na ito, yung creativity ng designer nito. Yung kanilang comfort room ay creative din. It has a vehicle’s wheel-designed sink. It’s really cool kasi it’s not the ordinary type na nakikita ko eh. Kung di mo naiimagine, punta ka dito bes!
I would like to go back to this place. Kapag may kasama ulit ako syempre tapos libre, joke! Mag-iipon na ko para matikman ko yung food offer ng ibang stalls.
Naisip ko nga rin bumisita sa iba pang mga food park for the experience slash comparison. And someday, I will have my own food park. Food business is always a trend naman in the market. Syempre, food is always a need of customers.
I would recommend this place to anyone kasi bago pa nga siya. It has a great ambiance and foods. Hindi naman too pricey. It’s affordable naman. It’s family-friendly din. It’s for kids, lovers, and barkada din.
